Mining Hydraulic Anchor Barrel Splitter

Mining Hydraulic Anchor Barrel Splitter

The Mining Anchor Splitter is an emergency removal tool for a specific problem: the exposed cable stub is too short, bent, or flowered, so a normal destresser cannot bite it. Instead of gripping the cable, the splitter clamps the external anchor fixture and pushes the fixture apart with a cylinder stroke; once the fixture splits, the cable releases and the tray and mesh drop free for recovery. It must be paired with a pump.

Special Cutting Edge

The cutting edge is the critical part, and the company is among the few domestic makers with the in-house edge manufacturing technology: the edge is specially heat-treated, hard and strong, with a long service life and independent intellectual property, partly replaceable against imports. The cylinder is double-acting: it pushes out to split and retracts on its own to open the blade for the next cut, rather than relying on a spring that can fatigue.

Two Sizes

AC-835/63 handles KM18 fixtures at 835 kN class, with a 38 mm stroke, 132.7 cm2 pressure area, 168 mm body diameter, 360 mm length, and about 25 kg. AC-1100/63 handles KM22 fixtures at 1100 kN class, with a 40 mm stroke, 176.6 cm2 area, 180 mm diameter, 450 mm length, and about 36 kg. Both run at 63 MPa.

Ordering

The fixed blade is removable for re-grinding, and the moving blade is replaceable, so long-run cost stays low. MOQ is one unit. After the fixture splits, the tray and mesh drop free for recovery, which recovers material that would otherwise be left in the waste. The fixed blade can be removed and re-ground when dull, and the moving blade can be replaced, so the long-run cost stays on blade changes rather than buying a new unit. Both models run at 63 MPa: the AC-835/63 carries a 38 mm stroke and the AC-1100/63 a 40 mm stroke, with body weights around 25 kg and 36 kg. The double-acting cylinder retracts on its own rather than relying on a spring.
