The Mining Scraper Chain Cutter cuts ring chain on scraper conveyors when a link has to be removed to shorten or repair the chain. It also cuts rock bolts, rebar, and other metal sections in coal, metallurgy, oil, bridge, and fire-service settings. The cutter is a shear frame driven by a pump, using a paired scissor cut: two blades move toward each other from both sides.

The blades are made to military-process technology for high-hardness, high-strength chain, with special heat treatment; the company reports continuous cutting of 42 mm chain with no visible edge damage. Three models cover ring chain from 26 to 42 mm: CC-26 at 500 kN, CC-34 at 770 kN, and CC-42 at 830 kN, all at 63 MPa. Maximum jaw opening runs 28 to 45 mm and shearing stroke 24 to 40 mm, so the chain drops into the jaw across the conveyor pan without being disassembled. Weights are 28, 37, and 45 kg across the three models.
