Between the Bolter and the Nut

A Rock Bolt Torque Multiplier sits in line between the bolter drill shank and the nut socket. A bolter alone often cannot pull a rock bolt nut to the required pre-tension; the multiplier steps the torque up so the bolt is actively loaded and roof convergence is reduced. Two models cover the need: ZYNF-05A multiplies 5 times for routine bolt installation, and ZYNF-10A multiplies 10 times for large-deformation or soft-rock roadways where pre-tension demands are higher.

The internal gears are carburized and quenched, hard on the surface and tough at the core, so they run smoothly and keep service over years of use rather than wearing out in months. The input hex accepts 19 or 22 mm bolter shanks, and the socket hex comes in 30, 32, or 36 mm, interchangeable so one body covers several nut sizes. The output shaft is extended to clear welded wire mesh, which lets the socket reach nuts recessed behind mesh without a separate adapter.

Machining accuracy keeps coaxiality high, so the unit does not wobble under load and the operator feels less fatigue. The 05A weighs 8.6 kg and the 10A 10 kg, and both work with either the roof bolter or the handheld drill.

MOQ is one unit. Export packing uses wooden cases with stainless buckles and bubble wrap; a 12-month warranty applies under normal use. Used without the multiplier, a bolter often leaves the bolt nut short of the required pre-tension; stepping the torque up several times improves the bolt active support and reduces roof convergence in the roadway. The 19 or 22 mm input shaft mates with either the roof bolter or the handheld drill. The carburized and quenched gears run smoothly and stay in service for years rather than wearing out in months, and the high coaxiality keeps the tool from wobbling under load, which reduces operator fatigue over a shift.
