The LYQ-series Mining Pneumatic Rock Splitter breaks hard, oversized rock, coal gangue, and ore without explosive demolition. It is a compressed-air to hydraulic conversion unit built on the wedge amplification principle: one splitting gun outputs 2500-3500 kN of splitting force and opens a rock in seconds. It is used in open-pit mining, tunnel drives, hard roof treatment, collapse columns, face gangue drops, refuge chamber excavation, and reinforced concrete demolition.

Because it runs on compressed air rather than explosives or electric demolition devices, it carries genuine explosion-proof safety and removes the need for both blasting permits and underground electrical equipment licences, so crews can put it straight to work. The aviation-grade alloy gun body is heat-treated and weight-optimized; the splitting process is dimensionally controlled and directionally predictable, with no vibration, no impact, low noise, and no dust.

The QYB-13.0/70 pneumatic gear pump pairs an aviation-grade gear set with a high-power air motor; a parallel gear-plus-plunger dual-head design delivers up to 13 L/min. A 30 L oil tank supports three splitting guns at once, and the whole pump station sits on a portable cart for movement through restricted headings. Four guns cover 38, 40, 42, and 50 mm bore holes.

MOQ is one set. Wooden-case export packing and a 12-month warranty under normal use. Compared with gunpowder blasting, electric splitters, and hand dismantling, the pneumatic rig removes both the blasting permit and the underground electrical licence, so crews start work without administrative delay.
