The LYD-series Electric Rock Splitter is the electric-powered version of the wedge splitting rig, built for earthwork excavation, tunnel drives, demolition of old smelting plant, and emergency rescue after earthquakes, landslides, or traffic accidents where a pneumatic compressor is not available. It works in narrow corners and confined spaces where large machinery cannot reach, replacing secondary blasting and slow hand dismantling.

A high-power motor drives the DYB-13.0/70 electric pump, and the gun converts hydraulic energy through the wedge principle into 2500-3500 kN of splitting force, opening rock or reinforced concrete in seconds. The split is static: no blast risk, no fly rock, no impact, no strong vibration, and the split plane can be preset so protected structures stay intact. This makes the rig acceptable in populated areas, indoors, tunnels, and foundation pits.

The pump runs on 380 V at 4.0 kW, delivers 13 L/min at 60 MPa, and carries a 30 L tank shared across three guns. Four gun models match 38, 40, 42, and 50 mm bore holes, and the pump station is mounted on a portable cart. The same aviation-grade alloy gun body and low-noise, low-dust operation apply as on the pneumatic model.

MOQ is one set. Wooden-case export packing and a 12-month warranty under normal use. Because the split plane can be preset, it suits populated areas, indoor sites, tunnels, and foundation pits where secondary blasting is banned.
