The Gun on Its Own

A Hydraulic Rock Splitting Gun is the splitting actuator sold without a power unit, for buyers who already run a QYB-13.0/70 pneumatic pump or a DYB-13.0/70 electric pump. It converts incoming hydraulic oil through the wedge amplification mechanism into 2500-3500 kN of splitting force on large hard rock, dense coal gangue, and high-strength mineral material.

The gun body is precision-machined from high-strength aviation-grade alloy steel and heat-treated, with a weight-optimized light structure. The driving wedge and side wedges went through repeated structural design, force calculation, and field testing before the final geometry was chosen, so a single gun opens rock in seconds with controlled dimension and direction. The working medium is anti-wear hydraulic oil, which does not corrode or rust the gun and extends service life.

Four guns match 38, 40, 42, and 50 mm bore holes, with rated pressure at 60 MPa, a 220 mm stroke, and a gun weight from 32 to 45 kg. The gun pairs with the company own QYB or DYB 13.0/70 pump to form a complete splitting system, and the low-noise, no-dust operation suits urban and environmentally restricted projects.

MOQ is one unit. Buyers specify bore size and whether they already have a matching 60 MPa pump. Buyers who already own the QYB-13.0/70 or DYB-13.0/70 power unit order the gun alone, and the wedge geometry was settled after repeated structural design, force calculation, and field testing. Using anti-wear hydraulic oil as the working medium keeps the gun free of corrosion and rust, which reduces faults and extends tool life. Rated pressure is 60 MPa with a 220 mm stroke, and gun weight runs from 32 kg on the 38 mm model to 45 kg on the 50 mm model. The gun mates directly with the company QYB or DYB 13.0/70 pump to form a complete splitting system.
