Longwall faces already carry emulsion mains running at roughly 20-30 MPa to feed the hydraulic supports. The TR-series Emulsion-Powered Cable Bolt Destressing System taps that line directly: the RYB-2.0/63 emulsion pump uses an emulsion motor to boost its own hydraulic oil to 63 MPa, which drives the destressing jack. No separate power cable or air hose has to be run out to the face corner, and no extra compressor or generator is brought to the corner, so the rig connects and works where the emulsion line already is. The company notes this emulsion-to-hydraulic boost technology is offered by few domestic makers.

The pump accepts inlet emulsion at 10-32 MPa and 8-16 L/min, and delivers 2.0 L/min rated flow from a 4.0 L oil tank. It was developed with Hengli Hydraulics (601100), and the internal parts carry anti-rust treatment with emulsion-resistant seals for the wet, dusty face environment, where ordinary pumps fail early. The pump unit weighs 18 kg, which a crew can carry and reposition along the face without lifting gear.

Seven TR models cover 15.24-35 mm cables at 300-700 kN destressing force, with 70-100 mm strokes. The jack uses the same aviation-grade cylinder at TRUYOU mining equipment Co.,Ltd, 20-30% lighter than comparable units, so the removal crew can hold it up to the roof without extra lifting. Rated flow of 2.0 L/min means a few corner cables are freed in minutes, without holding up the shearer advance.

MOQ is one set. Export packing uses wooden cases with stainless steel buckles and bubble wrap against moisture and rain, and third-party inspection is accepted before shipment. Quality reports ship with the order, and a 12-month warranty applies under normal use, covering manufacturing defects.
