Cable Bolt Destressing Jack

A Cable Bolt Destressing Jack is the pulling component on a removal set; it needs a pneumatic, manual, electric, or emulsion pump behind it. It is built to be held up against a low roof in a narrow heading, so its length and weight are optimized for confined working height. The crew positions it over the cable, the wedges grip, the pull releases the lock, and the jack unloads. Customers who already own a pump order the jack alone, or keep spares rotating. The same jack body fits the pneumatic, manual, and emulsion power units, so one spares pool covers several rig types.

Stroke and Center Bore

Strokes run 70-100 mm, long enough to back the cable off until the wedges fully disengage, and short enough to keep the tool light; the stroke range was field-tested so one pull usually clears the lock. Center bore spans 18-38 mm, fitting 15.24-35 mm cables across the TQ, TS, and TR range; for a 32 mm cable, the TQ32-700/63 carries a 35 mm bore that passes the strand cleanly. Destressing force runs 300-700 kN.

Tool Anchor Durability Work

The tool anchor bites hard on reverse pull. TRUYOU mining equipment Co.,Ltd spent three years on the problem with the materials laboratory at China University of Mining and Technology, reworking the steel formula and heat treatment; after-sales records put the average tool-anchor life at roughly twice that of ordinary units, which cuts both spare-part spending and downtime.

Weight at the Roof

The TQ22-600/63 jack delivers 600 kN at 26 kg, against 35 kg-plus on comparable 600 kN tools, using aviation-grade alloy. That weight difference is felt every shift when the rig is raised to the roof, and the short stroke keeps the assembled length compact in tight roof clearance. MOQ is one unit.
