Releasing Roof Pressure at the Goaf

When a panel is mined out or caving is required, the anchors holding the roof must be released so roof pressure can dissipate and the goaf settles safely. The TQ-series Pneumatic Cable Bolt Destressing System does that removal on compressed air: a destressing jack, the QYB-1.5/63 pneumatic pump, and a high-pressure hose. The jack grips the cable, pulls against the lock until the wedges release, then unloads and frees the strand. These removal rigs are used in old workfaces, goaf edges, and return airways, where roof pressure has to be released before the next extraction. Compared with earlier manual demolition by sledgehammer or hand tool, the pneumatic rig cuts both fatigue and time.

As the anchor splits, the tray, wire mesh, and steel strip behind it drop free and can be recovered for reuse instead of being left in waste. The QYB-1.5/63 pump runs at 0.4-0.7 MPa air pressure, builds 63 MPa oil pressure, and flows 1.5 L/min, so a crew can free dozens of cables per shift. Seven TQ models cover 15.24-35 mm cables at 300-700 kN destressing force, with strokes of 70-100 mm.

The TQ22-700/63 offers 700 kN of pulling force for large-diameter, high-strength cables that ordinary destressing tools cannot free; the company positions this model as filling a gap in the domestic range. The TQ22-600/63 jack weighs 26 kg against 35 kg-plus on comparable units, using the same aviation-grade cylinder at TRUYOU mining equipment Co.,Ltd, which makes it easier to hold up to the roof.

Export packing follows the company wooden-case standard with stainless steel buckles and bubble wrap against moisture and rain. MOQ is one set, mixed models are allowed, and third-party inspection is accepted. The 12-month warranty covers normal-use defects, and quality reports ship with the order.
