Coal Mine Cable Bolt Pull Tester

The Coal Mine Anchor Cable Tension Tester is the higher-range version for anchor cable, which is thicker and carries more load than a rock bolt. It pulls on the cable to verify anchorage force, so crews can find under-strength cables before a roof failure. The tester is a pulling jack plus a pump, in manual or pneumatic form.

Pull Testing Thicker Cable

The Coal Mine Anchor Cable Tension Tester is the higher-range version for anchor cable, which is thicker and carries more load than a rock bolt. It pulls on the cable to verify anchorage force, so crews can find under-strength cables before a roof failure. The tester is a pulling jack plus a pump, in manual or pneumatic form.

Three Ranges

Three rated forces cover the cable range: 300 kN, 400 kN, and 500 kN, matching cable diameters from 15.24 to 28.6 mm. Stroke is 100-125 mm and center hole 18-32 mm depending on the model. The jack weighs 18 kg for the 300 class, 21 kg for the 400 class, and 25 kg for the 500 class; the pump weighs 10 kg manual or 16 kg pneumatic.

Reliable Readout

Because cable support is the key roof-control element, the pull data has to be accurate. The tester reads the pull on a pressure gauge and flags cables that fall below design so they can be addressed before a roof hazard develops.

Ordering

MOQ is one unit; buyers choose the range to match their cable specification. Because cable carries a far higher load than a bolt, the test range is larger, and an under-strength cable found early can prevent a roof-fall incident. The pull value reads directly on the pressure gauge, so inspectors get a reliable number on every cable they sample. Stroke runs 100 to 125 mm and center hole 18 to 32 mm depending on the model, matching cable from 15.24 to 28.6 mm. The pneumatic option speeds pulls when a crew has a large inspection batch to get through. Three rated forces cover the cable range so buyers match the tester to their own cable specification rather than over-buying. Both manual and pneumatic pump options are listed, so crews match the power source to their inspection batch size.
