When No Air or Power Reaches the Face

The MS-series Manual Cable Bolt Tensioner runs entirely on a hand lever, so it works in roadways where the compressed-air main has not been laid, the power cable has not been energized, or the air pressure simply cannot keep up. A crewman strokes the handle on the SYB-2S pump to generate high-pressure oil; the tensioning jack then grips the cable, pulls it to the design pre-tightening force, and releases once the anchor wedges seat. Buyers in small and medium mines often keep one on hand for supplementary cable installation and repair support.

The SYB-2S pump carries a 2.0 L oil tank and weighs 10 kg. A single lever stroke delivers 2.3 mL at high pressure and 14.5 mL at low pressure, at a hand force of about 350 N, and the system tops out at 63 MPa rated oil pressure. Eight MS models cover cable diameters from 15.24 mm to 35 mm, with rated tension from 200 kN (MS15-200/63) to 700 kN (MS35-700/63). Stroke runs 100-125 mm and center bore 18-39 mm.

The jack cylinder uses the same aviation-grade material and process as the company pneumatic and electric units, and TRUYOU mining equipment Co.,Ltd lists the jacks at 20-30% lighter than comparable tools. An MS22-400/63 jack weighs 20 kg, so one worker can carry it to the hole. The tool anchor has been upgraded in material and heat treatment, which stretches replacement intervals against ordinary manual tensioners.

MOQ is one complete set, and mixed models are allowed within a single order. Standard units ship from stock within 1-2 days, and a 12-month warranty applies under normal use. The simple hand-pump design has no complex valve block or motor, which lets underground crews handle routine maintenance themselves.
