The MQ-series Pneumatic-Hydraulic Cable Bolt Tensioner pulls steel anchor cables to the design pre-tightening force inside mine roadways and tunnel faces. Each set ships as three parts: a tensioning jack, a QYB-1.5/63 pneumatic oil pump, and a high-pressure rubber hose. Compressed air drives the pump to raise hydraulic oil to 63 MPa; the jack grips the cable, applies the load, and releases once the anchor wedges lock. Because the power source is compressed air rather than electricity, the unit introduces no electrical spark and is used in underground coal mine workings with explosion-proof requirements. It is also applied on bridge, tunnel, highway, and building pre-stressing sites.

The Pneumatic-Hydraulic Cable Bolt Tensioner line covers eight models from MQ15-200/63 to MQ35-700/63. Rated tension runs 200-700 kN, cable capacity 15.24-35 mm, stroke 100-125 mm, and center bore 18-38 mm. The QYB-1.5/63 pump delivers 1.5 L/min at 0.4-0.7 MPa working air pressure, carries a 4.0 L oil tank, and weighs 16 kg. Jack weights run 15-29 kg by model.
