Where the compressed-air main cannot supply enough pressure and the site bans electric motors in a flammable atmosphere, the MY-series Rig-Powered Hydraulic Cable Bolt Tensioner takes its power from the high-pressure hydraulic circuit already fitted to the continuous miner, four-bolt anchoring rig, or hydraulic bolter. Before this unit, crews in that situation had to fall back on manual tensioners; the MY series brings powered tensioning back to those headings. A planetary gear hydraulic motor on the RYB-2.0/63 pump converts the incoming oil into 63 MPa output for the tensioning jack.

The pump accepts inlet oil at 7-32 MPa and 8-32 L/min, and delivers a rated 2.0 L/min to the jack. The hydraulic power section and the oil circuit are built as two independent loops that do not interfere with each other, which the builder says reduces cross-contamination failures and extends pump life. Eight MY models span 15.24-35 mm cables at 200-700 kN; the MY22-450/63 jack weighs 21 kg.

The jack cylinder follows the same aviation-grade, weight-optimized design TRUYOU mining equipment Co.,Ltd applies across its tensioner family, landing 20-30% lighter than conventional units. Stroke runs 100-125 mm and center bore 18-38 mm across the range, so buyers can match the jack to whatever cable diameter their roadway design specifies, with room to choose one size up for working margin.

MOQ is one set, and mixed models are permitted. The pump weighs 20 kg and the oil tank holds 4.0 L. Standard units are stocked for dispatch within 1-2 days; custom requirements based on customer drawings carry a 1-3 month sample lead time. Export packing uses wooden cases with stainless steel buckles and bubble wrap, and third-party inspection is accepted. The 63 MPa output matches the jack seal rating and the high-pressure hose, so the set works as a matched circuit.
