Pneumatic Rotary-Impact Hand Drill

Pneumatic Rotary-Impact Hand Drill

The CQS-3.0 Pneumatic Rotary-Impact Hand Drill is a pistol-grip tool that switches between impact and rotary modes with a single selector. In impact mode it bores concrete, rock, and masonry; in rotary mode it behaves like a standard drill for metal, wood, and plastic. The whole gun weighs 3.0 kg and runs on compressed air, so there is no electric motor and no spark risk in gassy mines.

Cutting Performance

On concrete it drills a 16 mm hole at about 220 mm/min, so a hole takes under a minute. At 0.63 MPa supply the vibration frequency is 14 Hz, rated speed is 130 r/min, and rated torque is 16 Nm; stall torque reaches 23 Nm. Air consumption is 1.7 m3/min through a 10 mm air line, and the chuck is an SDS-plus four-groove quick chuck. It also drills 13 mm holes in steel and 30 mm holes in wood.

Who Buys It and Why

Electrical maintenance crews in coal mines keep these for drilling wall holes to hang cable, pipe, and anchor bolts. It is equally used in chemical plants, road works, tunnels, and sewer jobs where space is tight and an electric drill is not permitted. The grip carries a non-slip matte rubber sleeve for long shifts.

Purchasing Details

MOQ is one unit. Wooden-case export packing, third-party inspection accepted, and a 12-month warranty under normal use. Electrical maintenance teams use these guns to drill wall holes for hanging cable and pipe, and the same tool goes into chemical plants, road works, tunnels, and sewers where space is tight and an electric drill is not permitted. The non-slip rubber grip stays comfortable over a long shift. At 0.63 MPa supply it reaches a vibration frequency of 14 Hz, a rated speed of 130 r/min, and rated torque of 16 Nm, with air consumption of 1.7 m3/min. The SDS-plus chuck takes the common four-groove round-shank bits used on site.
