Turning an Ordinary Pump Station Ultra-High Pressure

The Hydraulic Pressure Booster converts an existing medium-pressure hydraulic or emulsion circuit into a 63 MPa ultra-high-pressure source. Many sites already run emulsion stations around 31.5 MPa or equipment hydraulics around 20 MPa, which cannot drive 63 MPa tools; the RYB-2.0/63 sits in that circuit and steps the output up, so buyers avoid buying a separate ultra-high-pressure pump pack.

The booster accepts inlet medium at 7-32 MPa and 8-16 L/min, and delivers 63 MPa at 2.0 L/min. It can run on emulsion or on hydraulic oil as the working medium, which means one machine covers two input types and reduces equipment investment. The technology was developed with Hengli Hydraulics (601100), and the company positions it among the first domestic products at these specifications.

Internal parts carry anti-rust treatment and emulsion-resistant seals for the wet, dripping, dusty face. The whole unit weighs 18 kg with a 4.0 L oil tank of its own, so the driven tool still runs on clean hydraulic oil rather than emulsion, which protects the tool internals. It is carried on the back or hung on a rib next to the tool.

MOQ is one unit. The booster is commonly matched to destressing and chain-cutting tools on longwall faces. This avoids buying a second ultra-high-pressure pump pack, and because the unit accepts either emulsion or hydraulic oil as the drive medium, one machine covers two input types and reduces equipment investment.
