The Flameproof Electric Hydraulic Power Unit drives cable tensioners, destressing jacks, cable cutters, and nut splitters from a 660/1140 V flameproof motor. It delivers 3.0 L/min at 63 MPa, the highest flow in the company pump line, so a cable is tensioned in seconds and a large mine that tensions hundreds of cables per shift saves substantial time.

The plunger pump uses an axial-valve flow-distribution structure: smooth running, fatigue-resistant, contamination-tolerant, and quiet, which matters in the dust-laden air of mine chambers where ordinary pumps seize early. The motor is a 660/1140 V dual-voltage flameproof unit rated ExdI Mb, carrying the Chinese MA certificate, so it is approved in electrical chambers and main roadways.

The 15 L tank holds enough oil for long stretches without topping up, and the circuit is double-ported with a manual reversing valve to extend and retract the jack. At 58 kg the unit is less portable than the pneumatic pump and suits fixed power points or rail-mounted use.

MOQ is one unit. It pairs with the company MD-series tensioner jacks and other 63 MPa electric tools. For a large mine that tensions hundreds of cables each shift, the fast pressure rise saves substantial time per shift. The double-ported circuit with a manual reversing valve extends and retracts the jack, and the 15 L tank means long stretches between refills. The unit weighs 58 kg because the flameproof motor itself is heavy, so it suits a fixed power point or rail mounting rather than carrying between holes. The axial-valve plunger resists the dust that seizes ordinary pumps in mine chambers. The Chinese MA certificate covers the unit for use in electrical chambers and main roadways. The manual reversing valve on the manifold gives the operator direct control of jack extension and retraction.
