Main Uses Of Anchor Cable Release Devices

Anchor cable release devices are specialized tensioning tools that can be used with various power sources such as manual pumps, electric pumps, and pneumatic pumps. These devices are typically small and lightweight. Some models have built-in tool anchors, enabling automatic anchoring and release. Furthermore, patented designs optimize product performance, such as designs that eliminate limitations based on the length of exposed steel strands, and designs that reduce bending damage to high-pressure hoses during operation through a storage mechanism. Traditional release devices use hydraulic power, posing a risk of high-pressure hose rupture; pneumatic-hydraulic models use compressed air as the power source. Intelligent release robots are equipped with remote control systems, supporting remote operation. Reflective strip fixing devices allow for a visual connection between the device and the roof mesh.

Anchor cable release devices are used in underground coal mines for dismantling and recovering support components such as anchors, trays, anchor mesh, and steel strips. This equipment can release anchor cable support, releasing pressure on the roadway roof through timely roof caving, thereby eliminating safety hazards in old workings, goaf areas, and intake/return air zones. Besides coal mines, anchor cable release devices are widely used in various construction sites, including national defense, tunnels, and transportation.
