Pneumatic oil pumps are characterized by safety and reliability, high output pressure, ease of operation, and portability.
They employ a double-cylinder design with the air distribution channel located between the inner and outer cylinder walls, resulting in a relatively simple structure. The pump casing and mounting plate are tightly fastened and secured with screws; the cooling fins are evenly distributed and integrally molded; and a soundproof cover provides full coverage.
This pump is explosion-proof, suitable for environments requiring explosion protection, such as underground coal mines. It can transport fluids with high viscosity, up to 1 million CPS.
The operating valve has a hydraulic load-holding function, capable of maintaining the load in stages; a dedicated force indicator directly displays the output force value and can rotate 360 degrees.
The vane motor's external characteristics allow for faster speeds in the initial tensioning phase and slower speeds in the later stages. It can be used with a metering gun or flow control system to achieve quantitative grease dispensing.

It utilizes a pneumatic motor, a tight-fitting seal, and a specific mechanism design. Radial piston pumps are characterized by convenient venting, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
