The anchor cable tensioning device achieves precise operation through a high- and low-pressure hydraulic control system. When the oil pump pressure exceeds 63MPa, the high-pressure valve automatically overflows to protect the equipment. The built-in tool allows for automatic anchoring and unanchoring without manual intervention. The specific workflow consists of five steps: First, the steel strand is threaded into the center hole of the jack, and the unloading valve is closed; then, the bidirectional manual oil pump is started to extend the piston, automatically anchoring the steel strand; after unloading by the unloading valve, automatic unanchoring is achieved; finally, the jack withdraws the steel strand, completing the entire cycle.
Power Source: The system is powered by a hydraulic pump. Depending on the driving method, it can be divided into manual oil pumps, pneumatic hydraulic pumps, or electric oil pumps. Pneumatic hydraulic pumps use compressed air to drive a vane motor, which in turn drives a two-stage oil pump (such as a cycloidal rotor pump and a plunger pump) to generate high-pressure oil.
Force Transmission: The high-pressure oil generated by the hydraulic pump is transmitted to the actuator-the prestressed tensioning jack-through a pipeline consisting of a high-pressure hose and a quick-connect fitting with a one-way valve.
Action: The high-pressure oil enters the jack cylinder, pushing the piston outward. At this point, the steel strand threaded through the center hole of the jack is driven by the piston, thus applying the required preload. When the pressure exceeds the system set value (e.g., 63 MPa), the high-pressure safety valve will automatically open to overflow, maintaining pressure stability and ensuring safety.
