Operating precautions for anchor cable tensioning equipment should cover pre-operation preparation, operation process, and safety protection.
Equipment Inspection: A comprehensive inspection of all parts of the equipment is required to ensure there is no damage or malfunction. Check the hydraulic oil level and specifications to ensure they meet requirements. Prioritize using working oil with a kinematic viscosity of 12-60 mm/s at 50℃, impurity diameter no greater than 130 μm, and rust prevention capabilities. Mixing two or more different types of hydraulic oil is prohibited.
1. Regularly check the oil pipes and their connections for any signs of oil leakage. Ensure the high-pressure hoses are undamaged and that there are no oil leaks from any part of the jack.
2. After disconnecting the oil pipes, immediately cover the oil nozzles with dust caps.
3. The jacking device must be tightly tightened to the central cylinder; do not operate if it is loose.
4. Avoid operating the tensioning jack under excessive pressure unless absolutely necessary, especially during the return stroke when the central cylinder has retracted or during the lifting stroke when the central cylinder has reached its maximum position.
5. During disassembly and installation, take care to prevent the clamping, bumping, deformation, and scratching of parts. During installation, keep parts clean and apply lubricating oil to all mating surfaces.
