Roof Delamination Detector

A Tool To Measure Roof Layer Separation
This tool is called the Roof Delamination Detector. It measures the displacement when roof rock layers separate. It is mainly used on tunnel roofs supported by bolts and cables. It is also used on working faces where roof movement needs to be measured. It gives data to mine engineers. They learn if the bolt and cable lengths are correct and if the anchoring is good.

Product Introduction

A Tool To Measure Roof Layer Separation

The monitor has two anchors. One anchor goes into the shallow rock layer. The other goes into the deep rock layer. When the roof deforms, the displacement difference between the two anchors shows on a scale. The worker sees at a glance if the roof has separated. The Roof Delamination Detector uses stainless steel wire ropes. They never rust in the wet underground environment. Rusted ropes can stick or even break. Ours do not. They protect the roof for the whole life of the monitor. Our company started in 2007. We have 20 patents. We serve large clients like China Coal Group.

Accurate and Durable

The scale numbers are spray-printed. Waterproof and never fall off. Cheap products use stickers that fall off in months. Ours stay clear for years. The anchors hold firmly in the drill hole. They do not slip. So displacement data is accurate. The monitor has two monitoring points. Shallow range is 150 mm. Deep range is 200 mm. Accuracy is ±1 mm. Shallow depth is 3 m. Deep depth is 8 m. Depth is adjustable from 2 to 10 meters. The Roof Delamination Detector comes with a 12-month warranty. The table below gives the data.
