Coal Mine Rock Bolt Tension Tester
This tool is called the Coal Mine Rock Bolt Tension Tester. It tells you if the bolt strength and anchoring force meet design. If the test shows low force, you need to add more bolts. This keeps the roof safe.
A Tool For Checking Bolt Quality
The tester has two types. Manual needs no power. Pneumatic uses compressed air and pulls faster. The tester has a pull jack and a pump. You put the bolt through the jack's center hole. Apply pressure. The gauge shows the pulling force. The center hole is 26 mm, fitting bolts from 16 to 24 mm. Stroke is 60 mm. Jack weights: LDZ200 is 12 kg, LDZ300 is 15 kg. Our company started in 2007. We have 19 patents.
