The emulsion drives a motor inside the pump. The motor then pressurizes hydraulic oil to 63 MPa. This high-pressure oil drives tools like anchor retractors and chain cutters. The pump is very convenient for longwall faces. Those faces already have emulsion lines everywhere. You just connect this pump to the line. No need to run extra cables or air hoses. The Emulsion-powered hydraulic Pump comes with a 4-liter tank of hydraulic oil. It can work with either emulsion or hydraulic oil as the power medium. This flexibility is a big plus. Every longwall face has an Emulsion-powered hydraulic Pump station. The pipes run through the whole face. You simply plug this pump into the line. It takes the existing emulsion pressure (10 to 32 MPa) and boosts its own hydraulic oil to 63 MPa. That means you do not need to bring a pneumatic or electric pump. No power lines. No air pipes. Just connect and work. The Emulsion-powered hydraulic Pump turns a regular medium-pressure system into an ultra-high pressure system. Many mines already have emulsion stations. Instead of buying a separate ultra-high pressure pump, you use this booster. It saves money and space. The technology is rare in China. We developed it with Hengli Hydraulic. The inlet flow needs to be 8 to 16 L/min. The output flow is 2.0 L/min at 63 MPa. This is enough to drive a retractor or chain cutter. Our factory follows ISO9001. Every product is 100% inspected.

The working face is wet. There is dripping water and heavy dust. Ordinary pumps fail quickly. This pump has special rust-proof internal parts. The seals are made to resist emulsion. The whole unit weighs only 18 kg. One person can carry it to any site. We supplied this to several mines under China Coal Group. They reported no major problems after two years of use.
