The anchor cable removal device mainly consists of three parts: a power unit, a transmission unit, and an execution unit. The core structural design revolves around hydraulic drive to achieve the anchor removal function.
.Hydraulic Jack: The core power component, providing the reverse pulling force required for anchor removal.
.Anchor Removal Sleeve (or Pull-out Head): Connected to the front end of the jack piston rod, a specially designed anchor (usually a working clamp or anchor ring) for securing the anchor cable.
.Support Frame/Pressure Ring: Provides reaction force support for the jack, typically pressed tightly against the anchor cable pad or the surface of the structure.
.High-Pressure Oil Pump: Provides the power source for the hydraulic jack, driven manually or electrically.
.Hydraulic Hoses and Connectors: Connect the oil pump and the jack.
.Safety Valve and Pressure Gauge: Used to monitor and control the anchor removal pressure, ensuring operational safety.
