The pump is mainly for anchor retractors and chain cutters at longwall faces. The face already has emulsion pipes. You do not need extra power lines or air pipes. The booster can work with either emulsion or hydraulic oil as the power medium. That is very flexible. Our company has nearly 20 years of experience. We work with Hengli Hydraulic (601100) and CRRC (601766).

Every longwall face has an emulsion pump station. You just connect this booster to the pipe. It takes the existing emulsion pressure (7-32 MPa) and boosts its own oil to 63 MPa. No need to bring a pneumatic or electric pump. Just plug in and work. The hydraulic pressure booster turns a regular medium-pressure system into an ultra-high pressure system. Many mines already have emulsion stations. Using this booster saves money and space. The technology is rare in China. Inlet flow needs to be 8-16 L/min. Output flow is 2.0 L/min at 63 MPa. Enough to drive a retractor or chain cutter.

The working face is wet and dusty. Ordinary pumps fail quickly. This pump has rust-proof internal parts and emulsion-resistant seals. It weighs only 18 kg. One person can carry it. We supplied units to China Coal Group mines. They reported no major problems after two years. The hydraulic pressure booster has a 12-month warranty. The MOQ is one set.
